Fábrica de cerveza artesanal Gabarrera

Fábrica durante el día y sala de conciertos de noche.

Gabarrera es el proyecto personal de una pareja basado en la elaboración artesana de cerveza, con el compromiso añadido de la producción ecológica y el compromiso social. Elaboración bajo criterios de Comercio Justo. Es una cooperativa de Iniciativa social sin ánimo de lucro, aporta el 100% de los beneficios a proyectos de desarrollo comunitario, iniciativa e inclusión social.

En Becerril de la Sierra, un pequeño pueblo en el Parque Nacional de la Sierra del Guadarrama, Madrid.  Muchas de las personas que lo frecuentan viven en otros pueblos cercanos, como yo. Durante el fin de semana los frecuentes se mezclan con visitantes de la ciudad, hay diversidad, pero comparten el gusto por el aire fresco de sierra, la buena música y la cerveza.

 

Definición y expectativas

Para este estudio me voy a centrar en las personas que frecuentan este lugar, cómo se relacionan con la música y la cerveza. Junto con los valores en los que se basa y se desprenden del proyecto. Los afectos, significados, los valores y dimensiones culturales que les otorgan y movilizan.

¿Qué valores etnográficos podemos encontrar en estas personas que conforman la comunidad? ¿qué cultura y características son las que hacen que exista relación entre ellos?¿qué hace que se reúnan y siga creciendo? ¿Cuales con los rasgos comunes, normas, costumbres, capacidades tecnológicas y económicas que vincular a toda la gente de la comunidad?

La Gabarrera programa una  media de dos conciertos por semana. Rock, jazz, flamenco y músicas paralelas. La música siempre está presente en la fábrica. Una gran mayoría de los músicos que dan conciertos son gente de la zona, hay una gran red de de artistas por los pueblos de la sierra, lo que facilita que vengan a tocar y a escuchar, músicos de bastante nivel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

La música como elemento social y cultural es un mecanismo de transmisión y reproducción, como forma cultural de una realidad social particular. (2)

El bar como lugar para la conversación y el contacto grupal, distorsionando por el espacio, la decoración, iluminación, el alcohol, la música y el baile. La atmósfera, algo intangible y por lo tanto difícil de definir e imposible de cuantificar pero que, a fin de cuentas, es lo que realmente importa. El bar como abrigo social. (3)

El consumo de cerveza, la evasión, embriaguez, el estado de excitación psíquica y la música. Rituales. (4)
